提问Shopify账号 付款plan后被封

大家好,

我的shopify账号上周付款plan后就马上被封了,申诉了也申诉不回来,说high risk?请问是哪里出了问题?

申请账号时用的都是真实公司信息,选的中国区,没有登VPN去申请账号。后来国庆由于放假试用结束。回来了就准备付款开始做,付款后马上被封。账号上还没有开始传产品,只是到处点了下了解了功能,期间登陆过VPN登陆,但是付款的时候绝对没有登陆VPN去付款。付款的VISA卡也是本人的卡。

不知道有没有人遇到过这种情况?现在账号要不回来了,只是想避开坑,重新开一个账号,好好经营。
